Some more books I've read recently...

I think Betty would love this one. The Darkest Night by Gena Showalter is like a mix of Sherrilyn Kenyon and Kresley Cole. It's a paranormal romance. I almost didn't make it throught the first chapter, but I swear after the second chapter I didn't want to put it down. It's all about the instant attraction between two people, kinda like love at first sight stuff. I didn't really care for the main hottie much, but everything else kinda sucked me in. I plan on continuing the series.

You're the one that Haunt by Terri Garey was pretty lame. I usually see a series get better with each installment. Not so here. The plot was that the main character, who can see ghosts, is being persuaded by "the devil", who is a Billy Idol look a like super hunk, to join the dark side. So all she does is not give in to his hunkiness and he just leaves. Boring.
