I know we normally only write about books here at the DBC, but I have to tell you about a movie I saw yesterday. For Mother's Day my loving children (with a little coaching from their father) decided to get me an Audrey Hepburn box set. I love it! Last night after returning home from all the hoopla the Godfather actually offered to sit down and watch one with me. Seeing this as a perfect oportunity to introduce him to one of my favorite actresses, I chose "Paris when it sizzles", a movie even a die hard Hepburn fan like myself had not seen yet. WOW! For it's time, it really must have pushed the envelope! It was funny, witty, romantic, AND my husband liked it! You guys really have to check it out. It's about a screenplay writer who hires a typist to help him "finish" a script, only the script has to be written in two days and the only thing written is the title. I wish they made movies like this today.

I know what you mean, I love Audrey. Since Brandons added me to netflix I've put almost every Cary Grant and Paul Newman movie in my cue. We watched Cat on a Hot Tin Roof Saturday and DAMN!, Paul Newman was a Hunk!!!
