Because Spock was hot too. And Bones was pretty easy on the eyes. And Chekov was cute. There's like every type of male in the cast...except black, now that I think about it. Hey! Yeah, they need to add some Klingons in the mix!!! 
I think I've written about the last book in this series. It'a about Pepper Martin, a cemetery tour guide that can see and talk to the dead. This is the third in the series so far. It's a mystery, and a pretty quick read if you want something you can get through in a day or two. No sex though. Hopefully that will be remedied in future books. I think this is shaping up to be a pretty good series and look forward to future books.
