I like these books. The cover art is really cute, it's about interesting paranormal people and there's usually some hot sex involved. Those are like my main criteria for a good book. This one was pretty good. I also like these casue they're good dependable reads. I know I can finish one in a day if I really want to. The books are really good as a series.

I'm the Vampire, That's Why

I am the opposite of Rachel. I have had mostly nothing but time to read lately. My new job gives me an hour for lunch and when I come home late and amped up til 2 am, there is nothing better to do.
Rachel let me borrow this one and it was pretty cute. The end seemed really abrupt so I'm hoping things get solved in the other Broken Heart books. I'm assuming it follows all of the people in the town of Broken Heart who were accidentally turned into vampires and the group of vamps who help them out. I'm most interested to read the one about the only male in group. I guess I've read romances from the male perspective (Kathy Love, Sherilyn Kenyon) but this seems like it would be different cause he wouldnt have all the powers and control.
Looking forward to book club! Hopefully I'll think of something to cook...

Because Your Vampire Said So
There is one sentence that made me love this book more than any I've read lately. And to learn what that is you'll have to read it for yourself. It's the third in a series but each book is about a different character so you dont miss out on too much. The first two were pretty good but I think this is the best of them yet. They're fun, quick reads and there's plenty of studly guys and sex. I would highly recommend the series. I know for sure that Betty would love these.

Don't Talk Back to Your Vampire
This is the second installment in this series about a town called Broken Heart, where 11 single parents were killed and turned into vampires. The first book, I'm the Vampire, That's Why, introduces the town and most of the main characters. If you like Mary Janice Davidson then you'll probably enjoy this series. The story flows well and doesn't waste time getting to the action (both kinds). I have the first book if anyone wants to give it a try. These are both quick reads, even if you don't read fast.
