Real Vampires Live Large

Just finished this one last night. It was ok. It's the second in a series about Gloriana St. Clair, a vampire. In this book she's like a wild nympho. All she thinks about is sex. The ending was surprising and I liked the book more for it. I expect any future books to really dive into developing the character more, but I'm sure there'll still be lots of sex too.

Real Vampires have Curves

I wasn't sure I was going to be able to get into this book because it's a bit inner monalgue-y. But, it ended up being ok. The characters were different and interesting, there was a decent plot, and there was humor! The only thing I didn't like was that Glory (the main vampire) was a bit of a wimp, although she toughens up in the end. It's the little thing that made me like the book. Such as her pet dog, that can talk. Or the idea of a kevlar bra.

Also, I read at least 2 books a week, so I hope no one gets annoyed at all my posts. At least this way I won't have to lug around all my books to every book club. If something sounds neat let me know and I'll bring it to the next meeting. Just another way technology is making our lives so much easier. Yay technology!!!
